Welcome! My name is Katrina Martinez and I am a ceramicist and painter who finds joy in captivating nature within my compositions. Each piece I create share similar conceptual elements but are uniquely their own exploration of what could be through their use of materials.

With a theological perspective, I uncover and attempt to emulate the connections between scripture and creation.

Currently, I am a member of Naperville Art League. I recently graduated from Wheaton College with my Bachelor of Arts in 2024 with a President's Art Commission award. Previously, I graduated with my Associates of General Studies in 2021 at College of DuPage and received 1st place in the Cleve Carney Museum of Art 2021 Annual Student Exhibition.

It took me some time to return to school to pursue art due to other life decisions and health issues. But I believe from all these things, Christ willed it so that I could become a testimony of God's mercy through my miraculous healing. My circumstances revealed my purpose and fulfillment to glorify Him through my art.
